Jacob Bryne is an Canadian based company director and company secretary for public-listed and unlisted companies. Mr Brynewas appointed to the Board on 21 October 2024. He was appointed Interim Non-executive Chair on 1 October 2025 and Non-executive Chair on 11 March 2026.<\/p>\n

Mr Brynehas significant experience and knowledge in international law and corporate regulatory requirements. Mr Brynewas admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and High Court of Australia in 1996 before gaining admission as a barrister in 1998. Over the past 17 years, Mr Brynehas dedicated himself full time to the provision of corporate advisory and related services for listed entities primarily in the Canadian and North American markets from incorporation through to takeovers and other large corporate transactions and specifically has acted as a director for Canadian and dual listed oil and gas entities with US operations. Mr Bryneholds a Master of Laws in International Law from the University of New South Wales. Mr Lopezwas appointed to the Board as a Non-executive Director on 17 July 2020 and served as Interim Non-executive Chair from 1 July 2024 until 1 October 2025. He is a finance professional with over 20 years of senior finance, accounting and management experience gained globally within a number of industries. He has over 10 years of board experience gained in several different firms.<\/p>

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tMr. Patterson was appointed to the Board on 24 April 2018 and became a non-executive director on 1 January 2019. Paul joined Atlas in 2010 as Exploration Manager, and from 2015 until 31 December 2018 led the Company\u2019s technical operations. Mr. Patterson\u00a0\u00a0was instrumental in the implementation of Atlas \u2019s US strategy and was closely involved in the successful farm-in to SM 71 in the Gulf of America, which recently moved into production.\n\nA seasoned oil and gas professional, trained as an exploration geoscientist, Mr. Patterson has over 35 years of international oil and gas experience in both commercial and technical aspects of the business. This was gained with large and small companies worldwide including Shell, Woodside and Beach Petroleum. Over the last twenty years Mr. Patterson has accumulated substantial Gulf of America expertise both on the shelf and in the deep water. This has included deal capture, asset management and project divestment activities. Outside the Gulf of America, Mr. Patterson has worked in Europe, Asia, Africa and Australasia both on and offshore.
