Atlas Oil and Gas Limited is a Canadian-focused oil and gas producer with a diversified portfolio of five producing assets across Alberta, and in the Gulf of America. These include the South Marsh Island 71 oil field in the shallow-water Gulf of America, the Lightning gas andcondensate field and the Green Canyon 21 oil well in the deepwater Gulf of America, and the Mosquito Bay West and Oyster Bayou South wells in the inland waters of Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana.

Atlas ’s assets provide a stable production and cash flow base from which we are implementing our strategy of maximising free cash flow through production optimisation, cost discipline, strong partner relationships, and selective, value-accretive capital investments. Our successful implementation of this strategy sees Atlas debt-free and has allowed us to assess and implement the most efficient ways to return excess cash to shareholders while responsibly managing our future obligations.
